I have been very curious about this type of toy, or should I say exerciser, for a while so when I had a chance to try it I jumped at the occasion. Let me introduce to you the Smart Balls Teneo – Uno from Fun Factory. This little ball will strengthen your pelvic muscle and tone it back into shape. It helps you perform what is known as kegel exercices. The benefits of a strong pelvic floor is stronger orgasms, preparation for easier birthing and help for those sufferring from incontinence. This particular model is perfect for the beginner. It is shaped like an oblong ball with a nice textured pattern, in various colors, and a loop at one end. When you move it you will feel a weighted ball rolling inside. This ball is the secret of its mechanics. See the beauty of using a special ball for kegel exercise is that you can be totally lazy. How? Well when you lube it up a little bit and insert it into your vagina you can just go about your daily business as if you had nothing in you. But what actually happens is that the ball inside the Uno vibrates. This vibration automatically signals the pelvic muscle to contract so it does not fall out. You can leave it in for a few minutes or the whole day. From my experience I found it easier to start slow and build up the time I can keep it in. Verdict: I can’t say I have had enough time to see if they have an effect on my orgasms but I do enjoy having it in me. I do think my pelvic floor is a bit stronger. I do have one negative comment: I am not convince on how long the loop will ast before breaking…but I am really tight. So I am giving the Smart Balls Teneo – Uno a 4 out of 5 stars.
